Building Stronger Workplaces Since 2014
WDNBH was founded in June 2014 by a group of industry leaders, employers, and human resource professionals committed to expanding opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the workforce. Their goal was to help businesses create more welcoming and supportive employment environments.
Governor Dennis Daugaard played a key role in establishing what is now the Workplace Disability Network of the Black Hills, formerly known as the Workforce Diversity Network.
