Hayden’s Story

An interactive workplace training experience built for WDNBH’s
annual NDEAM event.

Hayden’s Story places participants in the role of an employee navigating workplace accommodations and seeking support. Through interactive scenarios, participants encounter communication challenges, uncertainty, and workplace barriers that can make the process harder to navigate.

Experience the Process
Navigate workplace situations from Hayden’s perspective.

Recognize the Barriers
Explore how communication, paperwork, privacy, and unclear processes can make it harder
for an employee to seek support.

Apply What You Learn
Take practical ideas back to your workplace to strengthen communication and employee support.
