Meet Kevin Baas

WDN Board Vice President

Kevin Baas is the Human Resources Director for the Holiday Inn in Rapid City. Kevin is involved in recruiting, compliance matters, policies, training, and more. He loves to see employees developing skills and growing into new roles and challenges.

Prior to moving to Rapid City, he worked through various Human Resources roles in the hospitality industry and has experience in the retail industry, as well.

Kevin has a Masters in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University (MN) and achieved the SHRM-SCP in 2019.

Outside of work, Kevin stays elbows-deep in spending time with family, projects at home, reading, and exploring the Black Hills of South Dakota.
